BACKGROUND:
THECEEFLAT is created by local artists Kevin Corcoran and Peter Bragino. The space, coined “A Working Gallery,” invites collectors, fellow artists, neighbors, students &
passerbys to enter a world of imagination & endless possibilities.
Constructed by the artists themselves, its walls welcome visitors into a new dimension of collaboration. Upon stepping through the decorative wooden doorway visitors are brought
into a world of wonder - immediately surrounded by a tapestry of trees & branches that
frame the staircase and beckons ones further exploration of the space.
The design of the space mixes components of various styles & techniques which inspires visitors to explore the depths of their own creativity

The venue was built within an open loft style space. Bragino and Corcoran, with the help of key individuals along the way, created the space within 6 months time including a 2nd story lofted lounge and a rooftop deck with gazebo. The space includes a state of the art sound and theatre system that’s perfect for movie screenings.
